3. Product Information and Availability

Please note that general product photos will be used for Mystery Bundles and similar curated offerings; individual photos of each inventory piece are not provided for these orders. Some variations in color, size, or other details may occur due to the nature of our curated items and handmade products.
3.2 Availability: Inventory is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
3.3 Mystery Scoop Purchases:
Velvet & Bloom offers “Mystery Scoop” purchases as a unique, curated selection of items chosen at random from our inventory. By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, customers agree to the following terms:
- No Guarantees: Mystery Scoop purchases do not guarantee any specific product type, style, or value, and may vary based on available inventory.
- Inventory Limitations: While we strive to curate an exciting mix of items, selections are subject to current stock and may not always align with customer preferences or specific requests.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of Mystery Scoop purchases, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as outlined by our Refund Policy.
3.4 Custom Curation Services:
Velvet & Bloom offers two levels of bespoke gifting services—Custom Curation and Velvet & Luxe Custom Curation—designed to create personalized gifts tailored to individual preferences. These services are informed by a Customer Profile Survey that customers must complete before their orders can be fulfilled.
- Customer Profile Survey Requirement: To ensure a personalized and satisfactory experience, customers are required to complete the Customer Profile Survey, which is available through links on our website and order confirmation communications. If the survey is not completed upon ordering, Velvet & Bloom will reach out to collect the necessary information before proceeding with customization.
- Interactive Process: This service is an interactive process where ongoing customer responsiveness will help ensure timely product delivery and alignment with preferences.
- Customization Limitations: While we strive to meet customer preferences based on the survey responses, customization is subject to inventory availability. Jewelry sizing is standard, and certain preferences (such as materials or themes) will be matched to the best of our ability within the scope of our available stock.
3.5 Bespoke and Custom Curation Services
Velvet & Bloom is pleased to offer Bespoke and Custom Curation Services, including our specialized Velvet & Luxe Custom Curation. These services are intended to provide customers with uniquely tailored, high-quality gift selections informed by individual preferences and the details shared in the required Customer Profile Survey. These provisions apply to all bespoke orders:
- Customer Profile Survey Requirement: To facilitate accurate personalization, customers must complete the Customer Profile Survey in full prior to order fulfillment. If not received at the time of order, we will reach out to obtain this information. This survey allows us to understand the recipient's preferences, such as favorite colors, symbolic items, hobbies, jewelry types, and any relevant sensitivities or allergies.
- Responsiveness for Satisfaction: Bespoke services rely on an interactive process where customer responsiveness is crucial for ensuring alignment with preferences and prompt delivery. Timely communication helps us meet delivery expectations and satisfaction goals.
- General Representations of Inventory: Velvet & Bloom will use general photos of expected or similar inventory items to illustrate offerings. Due to the unique and variable nature of our curated selections, we do not provide individual photos for each inventory piece in bespoke orders or Mystery Bundles.
- Customization Boundaries: While every effort is made to meet the specifics outlined in the survey, customization is ultimately limited by current inventory. Jewelry sizing is standard, and certain preferences (e.g., color, style) will be matched to the best extent possible within our available stock.
- Non-Returnable Custom Items: Bespoke and custom-curated items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where items are damaged upon receipt, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in USD or per currency conversion on the site controls (you must enable changes if incorrect currency is listed) and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but Velvet & Bloom is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept all major payment options as listed in the footer and through the cart checkout processes. Payment is required at checkout to complete the order process.
