2.3 Lost or Damaged Items: While we ensure safe packaging, Velvet & Bloom is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for assistance with these issues.

3.3 Mystery Bundles and Custom Curation: Due to the nature of Mystery Bundles and Custom Curation services, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted for these purchases.
